Tabusintac Community Center Inc.

The board of directors of the Tabusintac Community Center Inc. is proposing the following by-law changes to be voted on at the Annual General Meeting to be held March 24, 2015 at the community center at 7 p.m.
Article 5.00 (Board of Directors)
5.01 The affairs of the company shall be managed by its Board of Directors. The Board shall be composed of fifteen (15) directors, of whom eight (8) shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business at any meeting of directors.
It is proposed to change this to:
5.01 The affairs of the Company shall be managed by its Board of Directors. The Board shall be composed of twelve (12) directors, of whom seven (7) shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business at any meeting of directors.
5.02 Of the fifteen directors, one director will be appointed by the Tabusintac Home & School, Tabusintac Local Service District, Tabusintac Parent School Support Committee (PSSC), District Education Council member for District 16, Tabusintac Recreation Council, and a youth representative. The remaining nine (9) directors will be elected by the membership at the annual general meeting.
As two (2) of these representative boards no longer exist and a youth representative has never been nominated to the board,
it is proposed to change this to:
5.02 Of the twelve directors, one director will be appointed by the Tabusintac Home & School Association, Tabusintac Local Service District, and the Tabusintac Recreation Council. The remaining (9) directors will be elected by the membership at the annual general meeting.
5.04 All Fifteen (15) directors shall be elected for a three- year term.
It is proposed to change this to:
